Here are our estimated shipping delivery times:

For Pedalboards:
All of our Pedalboards are made to order. 
The building process usually takes one (1) month to two (2) months, or depending on the current volume of orders. Live chat with us, or message us through our Facebook page before ordering to find out more.
We use JRS to ship our pedalboards. 
Once your ordered pedalboard is fully finish, we will arrange shipping the following day. 
Usually takes 2 to 3 days to receive after shipping (except Sunday) in LUZON areas.
Visayas & Mindanao takes about a week or more upon shipping. 

​Products Like Cables and Accessories:
Luzon Area: 2 to 3 Business Days via JRS.
Visayas & Mindanao: up to 7 business days upon shipping via JRS.


For Pedals.
We use GOGO XPRESS. We will process your order/s for shipping the next day after you have confirmed your orders and payment. 
Example: Ordered and confirmed with payment today, we will ship it on the following day. If that following day falls on Sunday, shipping will be Monday. Same scenario during public holidays.
Our cut-off for the day to complete your order and payment is by 9PM.
Orders & payments made after cut-off will consider as next day orders. 
Luzon Area: 2 to 3 Business Days after it ships out with the exception during public holidays. 
Visayas & Mindanao: Usually takes 7 to 10 Business Days after it ships out. 
Most of our pedals are free of shipping charge using our preferred shipping method and our schedule.

*** Only for pedals: Grab or Lalamove pick-up is possible only if you're around the Metro & you will need to arrange it on your own, & at your own expense.
If you want this option, do message us through our Facebook page to make the arrangements.   


Our products and stocks are located in 2 locations, and 2 separate shipping will be arranged depending on your orders.
Pedalboards, Cables, Strings and other small accessories are located at our Nueva Ecija home base. 
While most of our Pedals, are located at our Antipolo home base. 


​Orders that did not arrive:
If your order did not arrive, be sure to let us know!
First, check your shipping confirmation and make sure that you entered the correct address.
If the shipping address is wrong, we'd be happy to assist you to re-arrange with the courier, however, it may take longer than expected. 
If the shipping address is correct, get in touch with us via our web Live Chat or through our Facebook Page and let us know your order number. 
We will help you as best as we can!

Return & Exchange Policy

Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item.
If an order arrives damaged, please send us a photo within one (1) week.
